managing commercial and personal diaries of Group CEO

responding to general enquiries from PSI prospects and customers
creating operational processes and workflows to facilitate better day-to-day management of clients, internal/external communication, prospect and client data, and general company information
providing cover of any relevant duties when colleagues are absent from work
