Responsibility
respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, text, and chat with exceptional customer service
demonstrate product functionality clearly
process orders and payments accurately and completely in our ERP system
handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism
provide administrative support as needed to sales representatives
interface regularly with Finance and Operations for order tracking, invoicing, and payment resolution
contact customers to obtain missing information and resolve queries
identify and distribute prospective leads to sales reps for follow-up
Requirements
in this role you will need to use your first-class communication skills by talking with customers by telephone and via email
equine experience would be preferred
desire to continually develop skills and knowledge
knowledge of any CRM Systems, Netsuite, or Shopify would be helpful, although not essential
you will be calm and methodical and be able to show where you have experience in putting the customer first as well as being the customer advocate across the wider business
you have outstanding organisational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to help build and align systems and processes in a growing company, whilst still ensuring ‘business as usual’
you are positive and enthusiastic, with the ability to work effectively both in a team and independently, motivating yourself whilst working remotely
