Requirements
- experience of working in a Control Room environment
- holder of valid SIA and CCTV Licences
- clear and effective written and verbal communication and customer service skills and able to produce clear and legible reports and records
- ability to work in a team, but also on own initiative; meet targets and prioritise events efficiently
- ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- smart, presentable appearance
- security: 2 years
- ability to travel to and from our Head Office in Spennymoor and willingness to be flexible in working hours
Responsibility
- undertake any other duties that are necessary for the efficient management of the Control Room
- ensuring that all telephone calls and queries are dealt with professionally, efficiently and in accordance with laid down procedures
- reviewing all Control Room procedures and processes and maintaining continuous improvement
- maintain the keyholding records in accordance with company policies and procedures
