your exceptional administrative skills and attention to detail will contribute to the smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations
as we continue to grow, we are searching for a talented Sales & Operations Administrator to join our small team and contribute to our success
as a Sales and Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales and operations functions of our timber yard
provide administrative support to the team in inventory management, including stock monitoring, stocktaking, and reconciliations
collaborate with the team to prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the timber or construction industry
excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal stakeholders
ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
knowledge of timber products and industry standards is a plus
