Requirements
- a) Encouraging the service user’s active participation in the local community
- b) Encouraging and supporting service users in developing friendships
- c) Undertake cooking, cleaning, gardening and household tasks when required
- d) Encouraging/assisting the service users to understand and look after their own finances
- maintain good working relationships with other professionals and participate in reviews
- attend meetings as required
- assist in the maintenance of financial records
- help promote the active participation of relatives, friends and volunteers in the lives of the individual service user and develop close links with the local community and its facilities
Responsibility
- 11. Undertake any training that is deemed necessary to fulfil the obligations of these duties including the attendance of in house and external training courses
- 12. Undertake any other duties consistent with the objectives of this post as required by the Proprietor
