Responsibility

  • help with booking appointments for clients to meet with our Managing Director and Advisers via Zoom or in person
  • processing applications online and helping to progress them
  • speaking to clients, GP surgeries and providers to gain or provide updates
  • help with post-sales administration which includes data entry, document preparation and creating folders to send to clients
  • if you have an interest in social media please let us know
  • helping with ad-hoc administration tasks, odd tasks such as going to the post office, scanning and filing occasionally, greeting clients etc

Requirements

  • experience in an administrative role is a must
  • experience as a PA/assistant is beneficial but again, not essential
  • we need someone with initiative who can come in and get on with tasks, micromanaging is not our style and we need someone who is proactive and can keep themselves busy
  • experience in a similar role such as insurance/protection or mortgage administration is a bonus but not essential as initial and ongoing training will be provided
