Responsibility
help with booking appointments for clients to meet with our Managing Director and Advisers via Zoom or in person
processing applications online and helping to progress them
speaking to clients, GP surgeries and providers to gain or provide updates
help with post-sales administration which includes data entry, document preparation and creating folders to send to clients
if you have an interest in social media please let us know
helping with ad-hoc administration tasks, odd tasks such as going to the post office, scanning and filing occasionally, greeting clients etc
Requirements
experience in an administrative role is a must
experience as a PA/assistant is beneficial but again, not essential
we need someone with initiative who can come in and get on with tasks, micromanaging is not our style and we need someone who is proactive and can keep themselves busy
experience in a similar role such as insurance/protection or mortgage administration is a bonus but not essential as initial and ongoing training will be provided
