  • we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team
  • the ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly and professional attitude, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • provide customer service support to customers
  • assist customers with inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • pack items up as trained
  • answer customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
  • maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • previous experience in a customer service role preferred
  • previous experience in packing or warehouse environment preferred, but not required

  • ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
