Companies reviews in the Retail sale of tobacco products in specialised stores in the UK

I paid them for an online order over 3 weeks ago. They told me on 4 separate dates that my order would be shipped but it never was. As of this posting I have not received the cigars I ordered or a refund. Utterly terrible.
