  • maintain the agreed standard of cleanliness and odour control
  • be aware of and maintain COSHH standards
  • liaison with the Maintenance Manager on all aspects of decorating and refurbishment
  • liaise with the administrator for ad hoc tasks
  • 17. Report any possible safety hazards to the Home Manager
  • check the maintenance book at least daily and take appropriate action

  • willing to travel to different work sites

  • knowledge & experience in basic skills of general maintenance
