Requirements
- you will have previous work experience in an administrative role – preferably sales admin
- strong attention to detail and accurate in producing information
- ability to prioritise work and manage multiple tasks
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- ability to work in a team or alone
- will be highly organised and able to coordinate projects through to completion
- ability to think on your feet and resolve any issues that may arise
- experience using Arti-CAD is beneficial
Responsibility
- dealing with customers complaints according to company's procedures
- providing a welcome to potential clients, when there is no Kitchen Designer present or available, ensuring the conversation is in line with company brand guidelines and supports the onward client journey
- showroom upkeep and maintenance (health & safety; stock stationary orders and monitoring; showroom presentation
- updating and maintaining accurate job costing sheets
- in the absence of a sales designer, meeting and greeting walk in prospective clients as per training provided
- actioning points raised post survey and amend ArtiCAD plans where necessary
- conduct structured handover meetings with Kitchen Designers to specify orders. and get orders checked ready for client to sign off and order submission
- logging and chasing payments and credits
