  • strong clerical and organisational skills
  • excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • ability to type accurately and efficiently
  • familiarity with computerised systems for data entry
  • basic knowledge of administrative procedures and office management
  • attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • willing to help and positive attitude
