Requirements
- agricultural qualification would be advantageous
- A background in B2B Account Management / Sales / Business Development, ideally in the agriculture sector
- an ability to be equally at ease in a corporate boardroom as you would be in a muddy field
- experience in being the middle person between commercial customers and internal product development teams
- understanding how delivering great, pro-active customer service drives additional sales with existing customers and throughout the industry
- willingness for some travel – including the possibility of international travel further down the line as the customer base grows
- high levels of commercial acumen
- ideally you will have some experience selling a tech related product or service into the Agri sector
Responsibility
- review customer feedback and share within the team as part of product development
- providing basic product support and information alongside the engineering team
