  • carry out risk assessments and COSHH assessments
  • oversee the Employees Risk Assessment Register
  • advise on safe operational procedures
  • weekly site inspections on all Harvest premises – issuing a site inspection report to all departments heads
  • monthly racking checks
  • monitor the near misses / accident / incidents report books/log and conduct investigations as required
  • weekly report of near misses / accident / incidents to Prism Group H&S/Compliance Manager
  • monthly Health and Safety Report to Operations director
