Responsibility
- handling calls relating to sales and customer service

- deal with customers returns/exchanges/ refunds
- advising customers about our products and take orders over the phone
- offer excellent customer service to our customers
- able to use a Windows PC and be good at data entry
- handle customers returns, check customers returns and organise replacements
- to do some warehouse work, because you will have handle the returns
Requirements
- be able to respond to customers in a friendly and positive manner
- able to work well within a team
- at least 1 Year of customer service relating experience
- can work under pressure
- good work ethic & be able to use own initiative
- good oral & written communication skills
