Responsibility

  • preparing quarterly VAT return
  • assist Senior Management Team with other duties as reasonably required
  • responsibility for collating match day timesheets, reviewing and inputting onto control sheet prior to submission to payroll provider and final review by the Finance Director
  • responsibility for ensuring correct VAT codes applied to invoice processing
  • responsibility for post-matchday banking of various income streams and ensuring floats are correct ready for the next match
  • ensuring AOE and expenses are correctly processed
  • matching purchase invoices against requisitions
  • responsibility for preparing monthly management accounts for review by the Finance Director prior to monthly Board Meetings
