Responsibility
- excellent customer service and exceptional barista skills are a must
- our family owned and run café and farm shop is going from strength to strength. We are proud to serve exceptional coffee, not to mention delicious brownies, pasties, doughnuts and grilled sandwiches
- we are now looking for a trained barista with minimum 12 months experience to join our fun and friendly team whilst we expand our product range and hours of opening
- you will be joining Hayley, our fully trained and expert head barista and Casey the café manager, in our luxurious and popular space in the heart of Haywards Heath
- we can offer flexible working on a part time basis, complimentary drinks and reduced food whilst on shift, internal and external training opportunities, 28 days paid leave per year including bank holidays and a generous pension scheme
