Responsibility

  • assist in the preparation of legal documents, including divorce petitions, child arrangements, financial agreements, and pre-nuptial contracts
  • conduct legal research on family law matters to support case development

Requirements

  • A degree in law or equivalent qualification
  • legal Practice Course or equivalent qualification
  • previous experience as a paralegal, ideally within family law
  • experience in dealing with sensitive family matters and client care
  • strong understanding of family law procedures and legislation
  • excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • A compassionate and client-focused approach to legal practice
