  • keep showroom tidy and fully stocked at all times
  • dealing with goods inwards, both practically and booking into the computerised stock system
  • managing stock levels and liaising with the Parts Manager at Head Office & our Suppliers
  • booking in customer's equipment for repairs and liaising with Workshop Manager
  • customer Service - Act as a point of contact for all incoming telephone calls, shop customers, liaise with customers & suppliers to ensure continuity
