Responsibility

  • to ensure that the Service Department achieves its profitability targets
  • to monitor performance figures and statistics against budget and propose and implement corrective measures; as appropriate
  • to ensure that the Service Department achieves its company KPI targets
  • to undertake regular planned customer visits to promote satisfaction and maintain good relationships with our customers
  • to ensure that the Service Department achieves its manufacturer KPI targets
  • to ensure effective dispute resolution with customers through effective and prompt communication with the customer
  • to ensure the efficient running of the Service department from workshop booking, to workshop loading, to workshop hours control and administration
  • to explore opportunities for additional revenue outside of the current customer base and to market the Service Department to maximise revenue opportunities
