to ensure that the Service Department achieves its company KPI targets
to undertake regular planned customer visits to promote satisfaction and maintain good relationships with our customers
to ensure that the Service Department achieves its manufacturer KPI targets
to ensure effective dispute resolution with customers through effective and prompt communication with the customer
to ensure the efficient running of the Service department from workshop booking, to workshop loading, to workshop hours control and administration
to explore opportunities for additional revenue outside of the current customer base and to market the Service Department to maximise revenue opportunities
