customer Service Manager to join our fantastic team part time for 20 hours per week. Monday to
friday, 9am - 1pm

we sell online via our Shopify website and speak to our customers predominantly via email in relation to customer service queries. Due to continued, rapid expansion, we are looking for an experienced
Requirements
E-commerce experience preferred but full training will be given
● Good knowledge of Outlook systems - email, calendar, Teams, tasks
experience delivering excellent customer service, in an e-commerce environment
● GCSE or equivalent English
must be able to respond to queries efficiently, politely and empathetically
● Knowledge of trail running or another outdoor sport in a retail environment
● Knowledge of trail running
● Ecommerce experience
