Responsibility
- construct and assemble scaffolding structures according to project specifications
- read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- measure and cut materials to the required dimensions
- erect scaffolding using various tools and equipment
- ensure scaffolding is stable, secure, and meets safety standards
- inspect scaffolding for any defects or damage
- dismantle and remove scaffolding after completion of the project
Requirements
- proven experience as a Scaffold Builder or in a similar role
- proficient in frame carpentry, drywall, hardscape, tile laying, masonry, glass installation, and heavy equipment operation
- ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- strong knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines related to scaffolding construction
- excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- physical stamina and the ability to work at heights
- strong communication and teamwork skills
