Responsibility
- gardener/ Groundsperson
- we are looking for a qualified and/or experienced gardener. We are open to discussing work hours/ days per week/ contract type and coming to an agreement that mutually benefits both parties
- we have a large and growing portfolio of gardens and businesses that require their outdoor spaces maintaining – grass cutting, weed killing, plant tending, new planting schemes, soft & hard landscaping, pressure washing and generally all other outdoor maintenance services associated with grounds & gardens maintenance
- roles and Responsibilities
- we also offer some minor hard landscaping aspects, such as sleeper raised bed building, dry stone walling, small areas of paving, small fencing projects and mowing strip installations, to give some indicative examples
- assist with the presentation of gardens and grounds to the highest standard at all times
- we are currently looking for the right candidate to fulfil the position of Gardener, and there is scope to move into a team leader role, possibly moving into a line manager or operations manager position as the company continues to expand
- assist with any restoration and development projects within gardens as required
Contract type
- for as an immediate start as possible
- annualised hours contract - set monthly salary with balance adjustment throughout the year, due to the nature of our business
