Responsibility

  • ensure the Halfway House is regularly visited and that it is stocked appropriately for the demand
  • report and direct, if necessary, any complaints to the Group Operations Director for action
  • ensure that Bar and Halfway House stock takes are done on time
  • ensure that all legal requirements are consistently adhered to
  • greet guests and oversee actual service on a routine basis
