  • this is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a friendly team and to progress within the company
  • you will be responsible for performing high quality treatments whilst maximising any potential sales opportunities
  • front of house. Between treatments you will work on reception, handling new and existing clients, phone calls, email enquiries maximising leads
  • you will need to ensure full client satisfaction, offering expert advice on treatments, skincare and post treatment aftercare
  • general reception duties, managing of the diary and taking payments
  • maintain, and prepare treatment areas to a good clinical standard before and after treatments for clinicians
  • you will have strong consulting skills and carry out initial consultations and make referrals to required clinicians maximising leads
