- ensure the cleanliness, hygiene, and sterilization of all equipment, tools, and treatment rooms in compliance with health and safety standards
- maintain accurate client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and product usage
- stay up to date with industry trends, new products, and techniques through ongoing training and professional development
- educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and post-treatment care
- build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction
- assist with inventory management
- perform a variety of beauty and aesthetic treatments: body/face treatments, and non-invasive aesthetic procedures
Requirements
- proven experience as a Beautician/Aesthetician, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in a variety of beauty and aesthetic treatments
- relevant qualifications/certifications in beauty therapy, aesthetics, or a related field
- in-depth knowledge of skincare, beauty products, and the latest trends in the industry
- proficiency in using beauty equipment and tools
- strong understanding of health and safety regulations and practices
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide personalised service
- attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
