Requirements
- minimum level 5 in a recognised Early years qualification
- experience working in a nursery setting
- extensive experience working with children in a managerial position or as a room leader
- sound knowledge of the EYFS requirements and guidelines
- ability to work well in a small team environment with a positive attitude
- ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks throughout the day
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- the candidate must be willing to submit an extensive background check and provide references
