- monitoring and analysing financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability

Requirements
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- A financial awareness and an ability to manage stock inventories
- strong organisational and time management skills
- ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- excellent customer service skills and a focus on guest satisfaction
- knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling procedures
- ideally 2+ years of experience in a management role in the hospitality industry
