Requirements

  • must enjoy working with the public and demonstrate experience of delivering excellent customer service
  • letting Agency, Estate Agency experience is highly preferable but not essential
  • full driving licence & car owner is essential
  • confident, well presented, professional person who has excellent communication skills and is at ease dealing with the public in person and on the telephone
  • computer literacy and accuracy is essential as the position involves office use, email, and directly inputting into a property software database whilst liaising with the public on the phone or in person

Responsibility

  • be required to create new property adverts on our property software website, as well as input data and update our property database
  • carry out property inventories, preparing tenancy agreements and pre-tenancy paperwork
