Requirements
must enjoy working with the public and demonstrate experience of delivering excellent customer service
letting Agency, Estate Agency experience is highly preferable but not essential
full driving licence & car owner is essential
confident, well presented, professional person who has excellent communication skills and is at ease dealing with the public in person and on the telephone
computer literacy and accuracy is essential as the position involves office use, email, and directly inputting into a property software database whilst liaising with the public on the phone or in person
Responsibility
be required to create new property adverts on our property software website, as well as input data and update our property database
carry out property inventories, preparing tenancy agreements and pre-tenancy paperwork
