Responsibility

  • work with the Housekeeping Manager to prioritise maintenance tasks on a day-to-day basis
  • engage with outsourced suppliers and build a preferred supplier list
  • property hand back for seasonal properties, check out process and owner hand back
  • manage the Maintenance Tracker for planned maintenance and reactive maintenance
  • attend weekly house checks for properties which are vacant taking advantage of time to complete works before guest stays
  • invoicing to be processed and chased after works have been carried out. Process invoice, add to maintenance statement and Xero. Manage invoices alongside Finance to make sure payments made on due date
  • complete check out checks and liaise with guests on any damages or issues after their stay. Follow this through booking channel for compensation, liaise with owner as and when required
  • internal Relationships: All Departments

Requirements

  • feedback is scoring at 5 stars out of 5 for quality of accommodation and property maintenance standards
  • budgets are met for completion of tasks
  • property Management: 5 years
  • the tasks captured in the maintenance system are systematically being completed within the deadlines and priority agreed. Maintenance tasks to be completed within 30 days of date raised depending on urgency
  • pro-active maintenance are scheduled in and clear on monthly statements
  • the agreed level of in house vs outsourced work is being achieved. This will be agreed on a periodic basis and will depend upon the mix of tasks to be completed
  • « 5 + years in maintenance department or maintenance environment
  • preferred Supplier List with 3 or more options for each maintenance task i.e plumbing, electrician

Responsibility

  • housekeeping Supervisor
  • head of Guest Experience
  • work with our employed or contracted housekeepers to ensure timely change overs
  • you will have direct control over a storeroom, and we would expect that you manage the stock in and out
  • provide a first-class cleaning service across all apartments and houses, leaving the property looking perfect in all areas ready for guest arrivals. This includes full adoption of our Covid cleaning standards
  • provide a first-class cleaning service across all apartments and houses, leaving the property looking perfect in all areas ready for guest arrivals. This includes conscious management of our Covid standards
  • coordinate our suppliers for linen and any associated stock levels/ quality levels, cleaning products and other associated areas. Monitor costs and liaise with internal Management on pricing and quality
  • notify managers of necessary repairs

  • quality of the staycation homes are in perfect order for guest arrivals, from linen to cleanliness to maintenance

  • there are minimal instances where the Housekeeping Supervisor requires work undertaken to be re-worked
  • training is attended regularly to ensure that best practice cleaning processes are adopted and followed
  • they are flexible to the needs of the business and are able to adapt and support if called upon
