Responsibility

  • collaborate with the design and engineering teams to identify technical requirements
  • help mentor the studio's junior team members on best practices and help maintain standards when creating blueprints and other assets
  • be passionate and proactive about giving the team the ability to create AAA content
  • using UE5, assist with the rapid development and iteration of content, coming up with innovative solutions to problems, smoothing the path from idea to content
  • provide support for the design team, taking ownership and being a point of contact for certain aspects of the game and helping to push these to AAA quality
