  • shift Lead / Deputise for Homes Manager
  • manage behaviour positively by working in line with specified care and risk management plans
  • staff supervisions
  • ensuring plans and policies are reviewed and followed including all homes policies, procedures, placement plans, care plans, risk assessments, rotas
  • provide and maintain a safe, stimulating and secure living and learning environment supporting day-to-day physical and emotional needs
  • work with external professionals and communities of origin to sustain links and understand past problems
  • demonstrate leadership and efficient organisation
