customer services manager
Responsibility
- day to day running and accountability for customer service and customer relations
- provide high standard of service including meeting deadlines and managing customer expectations
- respond to technical customer queries/complaints within 24 hours business day
- liaise with other areas of the business on Sales end to end
- data and Statistical reporting
- providing quotations
- liaise with the logistics department for shipping customer deliveries, recording delivery data for KPI’s and supporting the team in responding to delivery enquiries from the sales support team
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
Requirements
- experience working within an Engineering manufacturing environment
- problem solving
- proactive and self-motivated
- excellent communication skills
- experience using Microsoft packages - required for documentation production and communication
- works well as part of a team
- self-motivated
- able to work well within a fast-paced Sales environment
