- demonstrate a ‘social first’ approach, demonstrating a thorough understanding of current social media and campaign trends
- proven ability to concept, design and deliver a wide array of assets across digital and print
- produce mock ups and presentation visuals for internal and external presentations and collateral
- strong background in graphic design and proficiency in Adobe creative suite and other design tools
- ability to work well under pressure, tight deadlines and to effectively manage their own time and delivery schedules
- contributing to the development of creative and assets across the business including campaigns, integrated communications, social media collateral, branding, toolkits and video
- an excellent attention to detail, composition and colour / branding
- ability to support Client teams to communicate effectively on briefing, delivery and project management for clients design and asset needs
