- it is key that the applicant has a caring, patient, confident and professional manner when dealing with customers on the phone
- we have over 200 delivery vehicles across our network with a customer base of around 160,000
- full training will be provided on our systems to the successful candidate
- full training will be provided on our sytems to the succesfull canditate
- the hours of work are 16 hours per week at £11.00ph Monday Tuesday Thursday and Friday between 8am and 1.30pm
- the role consists of working in a busy customer service centre at our Head Office in Blaydon Tyne & Wear. The company has traded since 1976 with an established business nationwide and is ever growing and fast paced
- weekly Wage of £176.00 with 16 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays and a company pension
- weekly Wage of £412.50 with 28 days holiday a year inclusive of Bank Holidays and a company pension

- GCSE or equivalent
