process, schedule, and track client bookings daily using company software & 3rd party agent’s portals
schedule and coordinate Handdels fleet, as well as sub-contractors in accordance with client requirements
prepare documents & communications, such as quote, carnets, client rate cards, reports, presentations, and other correspondence where required within the CRM
liaise & provide a high level of customer service to client, suppliers, and 3rd parties
effectively deal with client complaints or queries, problem solving where required
inputting Account set up data accurately in our software
always looking for sales opportunities and referring these to the Sales Team
