Responsibility
- plan and implement age-appropriate activities and programs for children in the nursery room
- supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the nursery room
- create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes learning and development
- maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and any incidents or accidents
- communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's day, progress, and any concerns
- collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and positive team environment

Requirements
- minimum of 2 years of experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
- excellent knowledge of child development principles and practices
- strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team of nursery assistants
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues
- ability to create a warm, caring, and inclusive environment for children
- patience, empathy, and understanding when working with young children
- ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure
