- taking responsibility for the delivery of clinic targets
- helping to recruit new staff and clinicians as required, and oversee their induction
- managing all aspects of the daily operation, ensuring patient services are maintained at the highest standard, alongside strict compliance with CQC policies and processes
- to develop and improve clinic processes, standard operating procedures, manuals, & checklists and initiate monthly reviews, and business development plans for the clinic
- to support, coach, develop and motivate your team, whilst providing a forum for employee feedback, which monitors employee satisfaction and allows us to take action
