- the EMEA HR Business Partner will report dually to the head of EMEA and to the Chief Human Resources Officer
- work with regional leaders to understand business plans, talent issues, and opportunities and align HR activities to enhance and support
- consult with leaders on organizational structure, and implementing changes
- they will be an essential member of the Global Human Resources team

Requirements
- completed university degree and certification highly desired
- experience with employee relations blended with talent acquisition is highly desirable
- strong attention to detail and ability to work well with fluid information
- experience in Private Equity and Asset Management are a plus
- knowledge and experience with UK employment law with the ability to decipher and comprehend legal documents
- knowledge of other European employment jurisidictions; specifically Germany, Switzerland, Italy and Sweden a plus
- strong communication skills, quantitative ability, and emotional intelligence
- 7+ current years of progressive experience in human resources
