  • ensure that the highest level of hygiene is maintained with the High Care production area – both personal and equipment
  • working as a team with the other departments within Dukeshill & following all procedures if required to work in another department
  • operation of Cookers & Blast Chiller
  • following Method of Manufacture to produce variety of Dukeshill products
  • use of food equipment held within the facility
  • cleaning of all equipment within the facility, according to schedule and procedures
  • follow all HACCP/Traceability procedures · Attend as required, any training seasons required by Dukeshill & Complete level 2 Food Safety course with three months of start date
