Working hours

Responsibility

  • the candidate has to be able to run a shift ensuring training for Team Members and good Customer service is delivered
  • the candidate will be responsible for the opening or closing of the Pub
  • experience as Assistant Manager in a fast-paced service environment is desired but not essential
  • we search for a candidate with inspirational and motivational leadership of food and drinks knowledge
  • we can train candidates that are looking for the first step in the hospitality sector
  • the knowledge of Bar and Restaurant service is essential and must have the ability to transfer the skills to the colleagues. Need to have an understanding of HACCP and Health & Safety, Fire Safety and Cellar Management
  • working closely with the General Manager, your mission is to create a fun and vibrant atmosphere whilst ensuring high standards of service are maintained
