- to develop and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive user engagement and brand loyalty
- stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends, platform updates, and industry changes, provide recommendations for leveraging new opportunities
- manage influencer partnerships and collaborations on social media, including identifying relevant influencers and coordinating product gifting or sponsored content
- monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and enquiries in a timely and engaging manner, fostering positive relationships with followers and customers
Requirements
- degree level qualification or equivalent experience in marketing or related subject
- proven skills in digital marketing disciplines including, social media, SEO, SEM, email
- familiar with Shopify & Klaviyo
