Working hours

Responsibility

  • carrying out onsite measured building surveys
  • drawing existing & proposed architectural drawings
  • perform original design work according to a client brief
  • producing building regulation drawings
  • writing supporting statements
  • liaising with clients, planning officers and building control
  • coordinating consultants
  • liaising with other members of the team

Requirements

  • A degree within Architecture or a related subject
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a UK based architectural practice
  • good working knowledge of AutoCad
  • experience of conducting measured building surveys
  • good knowledge of planning policies and building regulations
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • UK Driving Licence with access to own transport
  • autoCAD: 5 years
