Responsibility

  • develop and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy that builds brand equity, brings in new customers and deepens loyalty with existing ones
  • run multi-channel campaigns which include paid digital channels as well as email marketing
  • reporting into the company directors, you will lead the overall paid marketing strategy to deliver against key sales and revenue objectives. These will be focused on reach, acquisition, retention and engagement across the different revenue streams
  • demonstrate innovation by consistently researching and developing new areas for digital growth, and presenting them to senior management
  • build and manage a digital marketing campaign budget, working with finance, brand operations and business leads where appropriate
  • collaborate with different departments from designers to in-house writers, to ensure your campaigns make the biggest impact possible
  • consistently monitor and optimise your KPIs and the elements that impact them, using the data and analytics to critique your current strategy and create test and learn plans that will inform the future strategic direction of your campaigns, balancing innovation against current performance
  • manage the relationship and performance of any external marketing agencies engaged by the company. Where necessary, help in the procurement and assessment of new external partners

Requirements

  • experience working within the luxury and/or tangible asset investment sector, within SMEs
  • A commercially orientated B2C marketing leader with a proven track record in combining strategic thinking with exemplary execution skills
  • track record of embracing change and helping a business move forward
  • experience working with CRM and CMS management platforms, particularly Hubspot CRM, Webflow and Wordpress
  • highly adept with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush and AHRefs
  • an unmatched ability to spot trends and identify digital marketing opportunities that give the business a competitive edge
  • proven experience as a Marketing Manager with a minimum of 10 years working as a marketing management role, and a portfolio that showcases your skills and expertise in taking a business from strength to strength, both in terms of brand recognition and revenue, through your employ of core digital marketing strategies
  • degree in Digital Marketing or related field
