Horrendous experience, had him out 3 times for various issues after installing our boiler. Continuous leaks that have affected our brand new worktop. Communication is diabolical and never will respond. Won’t come and do agreed work because he ‘didn’t pick up the part’. Overall disappointing, will not be having back and are sourcing other people to complete the outstanding work that was agreed upon. Would give 0 if that was possible

Hacket Heating came when they said they would. I chose this company because it was considerably cheaper than going directly to Worcester. However my new Worcester Oil Boiler has not been installed as per Worcester requirements, and as it was two years old on delivery, there is no guarantee. There is no installation certificate and no performance data. The system is full of air which will not clear. The old firebird boiler it replaced never had this problem.
