  • organising service charge budgeting and assisting with auditing expenditure in accordance with leases and best practice
  • responsibility for delivering internal and external KPI’s
  • identifying repairs, coordinating the preparation, service of and follow up on dilapidations cases
  • overseeing the Facilities Management arm of the business and the facilities management helpdesk, together with the other management surveyors
  • monitoring and analysing tenant turnover reporting
  • this is a role for an MRICS qualified senior property manager with at least three years PQE
  • the Group has an established long term portfolio under management and further aspirations to grow the portfolio, with a range of new investment requirements and an appetite to attract new property management instructions
