Responsibility
- remote working, with regular attendance at the company Head Office when required
- installing and commissioning of capital Sport Science, Health & Medical and Rehabilitation equipment at customer facilities
- repairing capital Sport Science, Health & Medical and Rehabilitation equipment at customer facilities and at company Head Office
- undertake annual maintenance checks on capital Sport Science, Health & Medical and Rehabilitation equipment at customer facilities
- promoting sales of maintenance contracts, spare parts, and new equipment
- provide technical support to customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email
- some international travel is involved for shows, supplier, and customer meetings
- facilitate repeat business by nurturing relationships with existing customers and ensure they are up to date with the company’s latest products and services
Requirements
- be from an electro/mechanical engineering background
- electro/mechanically trained engineer
- experience of field-based service roles
- astute time-management skills
- excellent listening and problem-solving skills
- possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- must be “self-motivated”, but must have the ability to work with the Group Team
- hold a full UK driving licence
