Responsibility
- supporting the development of policies and procedures across the business
- case management includes dealing with complex cases, such as disciplinary, grievances and appeals
- using HR information systems to access, input and compile data

Requirements
- educated to degree level in a relevant subject or equivalentexperience
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
- CIPD qualified or working towards a HR Qualification, or equivalent knowledge and experience of people management legislation and best practice
