- CSWIP Level 2 Welding Inspection
- PCN L2 Dye Pen
- knowledge of applicable Quality Regulations
- 3 years Quality Inspector working experience in highly regulated industry
- highly organised with attention to details
- good communication and interpersonal skills including influencing and presenting
- results focused with the ability to meet commitments and deadlines
Responsibility
- ensure all activities on site follow the drawings, procedure and specification and standard
- monitor all inspection activities
- check incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials
- approve in-process products
- ensure compliance to the contract quality assurance plan
- undertake project work in support of quality department on topics such as NDT /dimension reports etc
- liaise with internal and external customers on Quality concerns
- ensure compliance to customer and product specifications through rigorous inspections
