  • menu selection varies from a traditional wedding breakfast to informal street food dining and bbq food on offer
  • we are seeking a Head Chef to join this exciting events and hospitality business within a beautiful estate, working alongside a motivated and passionate team
  • as a new and exciting venue, we cater for large and grand weddings in our Pavilion to small and intimate weddings in The Croft
  • monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • oversee and manage all aspects of the kitchen operations in a busy kitchen
  • A passion for food and sourcing excellent ingredients
