  • essential Duties
  • assists in the preparation of proposals and tenders to ensure both uniformity and the highest quality end product across the EH
  • assists completing PQQ and ITT documentation
  • administers the contract review process. Includes coordinating review of contracts between internal departments and collating feedback and exceptions
  • contracts administration including flagging renewals, and monitoring contract compliance and effectiveness
  • the Sales Administrator provides support and assistance to the Sales/Business Development team in the Eastern Hemisphere to complete their commercial obligations with the customer and internally
  • assists in creating and generating SF reports as required
